      They treat their people well and care about where they want to go.

      Cons

      It's a large company, it takes longer to get a project complete than would a smaller company.

      Pros

      I can honestly say there are no pros to working for PPG. Read my cons to hear why I left.

      Cons

      They cut the workforce by half and wanted us to still carry on as if we were fully staffed. No more overtime,lieu time instead.Unrealistic targets. Majority of staff on anti depressants. Not allowed to attend funerals unless they are family. Way too many upper management positions that are filled with brown noses. The list goes on and on. In a nutshell, when owned by SIGMA KALON you were treated with respect. PPG treat all sales assistants like something you scrape off the sole of your shoe.
