Pros

Very liberal PTO policy based on age.

Cons

401k match is modest. Pay is modest. Recently laid off 40% of IT staff. Directors lie to subordinates and fellow senior leadership. Director told another leader that they had offered a different position to a laid off employee with more pay and they said no, this never happened. Directors openly bragged about walking employees out of the building when they were let go. Directors pushed to outsource IT positions that protect our national utility to a foreign country. Outsource solution is subpar as they are not able to perform the tasks that they claimed.
