      good paycheck but that's all.

      Cons

      everything. Managers aren't encouraged to think for themselves. Everyone is under the microscope at all times. Everyone is being micromanaged and no one trusts no one. Always been told to keep morale up for your team but no one care or looks out for your morale. It's all about cost savings and cutting heads and whose on whose like list.

      Good work experience to build resume for next employer.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the company no longer cares about employee morale or work hours. Hours are ridiculously long and job expectations are unrealistic. Upper management keeps cutting employees while increasing workload, and rewarding themselves with ever-increasing exec pay packages. Current management is so out of touch and has ruined the company
