Pros

Work facility newly constructed. Small employee group allowed for easy access to facility parking. Generally positive attitudes amongst peer group.

Cons

Shift work and no lunch break. Overtime could be necessitated without prior planning due to situational occurrences. Continuously evolving program base for system management and control

Pros

Excellent compensation and benefits, particularly the 401k and vacation. Pleasant working environment. Downtown Allentown has come a long way in the past few years...

Cons

The leadership team is in the process of taking significant steps - including outsourcing, the consolidation of job responsibilities and the outright layoff of direct employees - to drastically cut costs in order to avoid being taken over, thereby saving their own jobs. The resulting culture of fear is the single biggest con.
