      *Micromanagement management *no room for growth *the approval processes are archaic *Things that can be finished in a day, can take a week+ because of archaic processes and egos of management.

      Good pay Make your own schedule Flexible hours Good bonus and annual raise If you have a penn state engineering degree you’re golden Great volunteer work

      Will not advance without kissing butt. Many clueless managers. If a manager does poor in their position they are just moved to a different group instead of let go. Very political work environment Individuals move positions all the time. Managers do not stay in their position for more than a year at times. Your work will always be scrutinized by someone. Overtime is straight time Job performance does not get you anywhere at this company.
