Pros

Commitment to diversity and inclusion, and community giving.

Cons

The new CEO is committing to too much without thinking about the implication it has on the employees. Buy a new company? Sure! But we'll have to support it with the already overwhelmed employees we already have. There is a culture of corporate bullying and people here are extremely unhappy. Many talented employees have left because of the abuse they've endured, and the leaders turn a blind eye and ignore all the red flags. Please invest in and appreciate your employees who give so much to this company. They are being bullied, harassed and treated awful within the walls of your org, how can you sleep at night knowing that? Change that ASAP or it will have lasting implications for your company.
