Pros

Management do their jobs well and are always fair. They don’t prioritize employees at the expense of the business, but they don’t treat you like disposable machines either.

Cons

The deadlines always feel impossible. Somehow my team and I managed to meet them, but man are they tight.

Pros

If you can get a full time job here, it is a very comfortable long term company to work for. Things don’t move too fast to the point where you are being chewed up and spit out on deliverables. The company cares about your long term health as an employee just as much as they care about your short term goals.

Cons

That said, as with all long term places, if you want to be here long term, expect to be negotiating salary every once in a while, as it’s still very much a business.
