      Pros

      Good culture of listening and excepting ideas. Employee safety is talked about and actively worked on and improved. The company strives to be an industry leader.

      Cons

      With high drive to improve and be industry leading, comes high expectations. This could also be viewed as a pro. This will lead to long work days. With any utility, there is an emergency response portion of any position. This is often at night and on weekends.
