Pros

Professional organization with good people who really care about the company and the work they do. (I would have rated them 3.5 if system allowed)

Cons

Change is not always good. Too many leadership changes in a short amount of time make it more difficult to be productive as priorities change quickly.

Pros

The company is always looking to improve their process and internal organization so that we perform at our absolute best. We are valued as a team and there are many perks to working at PPL including excellent benefits, generous PTO, a lifestyle spending account, and annual bonuses.

Cons

Everyone must work an emergency role, and it can change periodically depending upon what they feel is necessary. This means you could be required to travel and stay in a hotel, or perform jobs completely unrelated to your position, or work in a call center for 2 weeks with customer service doing 10 hour shifts.

Pros

Supervisors and middle management really care about helping you grow and achieve within the company and community.

Cons

Departments are run pretty lean, so workload stays high. Occasional bouts of nepotism are thinly veiled.
