      They preach the Disney model of customer service, but much of management does not live it.

      Pros

      Overall, a good place to work. Facilities need cosmetic updates (greco roman theme is horrible, and carpet should never be in a locker room for infection control purposes) but facilities are in good shape and equipment is immaculate. They offer good benefits for many positions and the staff/managers are good overall. Many people stay simply because the pay is outstanding.

      Cons

      Upper management has very outdated ideas of appropriate management. The highest levels have a definite yin/yang relationship that is palpable and leads to issues for staff and mid-level managers.

We highly appreciate your contributions and positive feedback regarding our equipment, benefits, and financial compensation. As for the cosmetic updates, we agree that our decor needs to be modernized. Once our expansion is complete we will prioritize these smaller details. As for our corporate culture, we do strive to preach and practice the Disney model of customer service. In fact, much of the feedback we receive from our members is positive with regards to customer service and our staff's desire to do all that they can for our members. We appreciate the feedback regarding upper management and will be sure to pass the feedback on to our management team. Thank you once again for the review, for dedicating so much of your time to our community, and for the feedback!

      Free gym membership Free parking Benefits are cheap if you sign-up for the wellness plan, then counseling and PT are also free Discounts on all services at the club Nice coworkers Big company paid holiday party and chance to win trips

      The uniform is ill-fitting Low Pay/lack of timely evaluations Unprofessional management within department No room for advancement in position High turnover in department Old school mentality among the owners of the club You must step aside and let club members go first in all places at gym
