      Pros

      Free membership and friendly coworkers is the only good thing I could say about this facility. Nothing special about this place

      Cons

      Management is all over the place. Horrible training. No proper training, they leave you by yourself they think you should learn everything by myself, basically there is no training instruction. The most unethical and unfair place I worked for. Most importantly if you get Covid-19 they will fire you! it happened to me and because of that I'm writing this review.

This also includes rapid COVID testing onsite, access to medical professionals, paid sick leave, work from home accommodations if necessary, and adherence to Washington state guidelines regarding all situations concerning COVID-19. According to our records, no one has been terminated due to contracting the COVID virus.       Its decent for the first 3 months

      Under paid a lot. Very old management that will not change or expand ideas elitest club full of white/ indians who are wealthy and stuck up. Mangment is rude to lower level employees No room for growth. You can work as hard as you want but you will not get far at pro since mangment hasnt changed in 20 years.

      Thank you for your employment at PRO and for your feedback. The Front Desk compensation is equal to the compensation provided at similar positions in Bellevue. Our HR department conducts regular appraisals of industry compensation so that we remain fair and competitive. We also conduct annual performance appraisals for career advancement and compensation increases. Advancement and compensation increases are based on a variety of factors including initiative and acquired job skills. Additional benefits for full-time employees include two health club memberships, paid medical insurance, 401k reimbursement, service discounts (Pro Shop, Spa, Salon, Auto Salon, Personal Training), free Group Fitness classes), free onsite physician, free or co-pay only medical services (dermatology, podiatry, counseling, physical therapy) and paid time off. These additional benefits add to the total compensation package. We are sorry to hear about your experience with management as this does not reflect PRO Club’s core values. Our HR department and Senior Directors are always available if employees have additional concerns or seek support. We have passed your review to our front desk management team.
