5yThank you for working at PRO and for your candid feedback. We appreciate that you enjoyed the benefits of working at PRO Club. We agree the uniforms are in need of an upgrade and we’ve been working the past year on a new version, which we hope to slowly implement soon. Uniforms for 850 people is a costly investment.
As far as our CEO’s views, he really does view all of the PRO employees as family and sometimes provides what he feels is fatherly advice. He sincerely wants everyone to succeed in their personal life with owning a home, earning a fair income, and saving for retirement. Dr. Mark is also very generous in privately assisting employees in need. PRO is proud of the fact that 80% of the leadership team are women.
