We offer free parking to all of our cast members on P3 in our parking garage. During busier times we also have offsite parking and a free shuttle service for our cast members to utilize. The Physical Therapy Aide compensation is equal to the compensation provided at similar positions in Bellevue. Our HR department conducts regular appraisals of industry compensation so that we remain fair and competitive. In addition to compensation PRO offers an extensive benefits program for full time employees including two health club memberships, paid medical insurance, 401k reimbursement, service discounts (Pro Shop, Spa, Salon, Auto Salon, Personal Training), free Group Fitness classes), free onsite physician, free or co-pay only medical services (dermatology, podiatry, counseling, physical therapy) and paid time off.
