      A joke of a program and co-workers

      Easy job, nice vans and free gym

      Cons

      Apathetic co-workers who shot hoops instead of watching children, no leadership, terrible after school program, unorganized facility, no teamwork, kids' welfare ignored, polyester uniforms.

      Great gym perk

      Pros

      You get to use the gym for a small price. Yes, you still have to pay as an employee

      Cons

      They only care about you burning out with clients and don't see the big picture of maximizing your time with less 1:1 sessions and more group sessions. Managers have their favorites and its all about who has the most sessions. Not a great place to work if you have kids. Only commission based. Toxic work culture. You can work to be better each and every day and the managers still do not see your worth.
