rather than doing your job, make sure the people that matter in the company like you, you could bust your back, if they don't like you, you never even mattered. two years to become a groundman, but you cant be on the books, so choos wisely.

double time, easy job, good guys, learning a lot but not as much as you think, learn the small stuff, not just a material. when you get in, you will understand

Cons

Family owned company has poorly ran the company since it started in 2002. Tremendous layoffs every other year, family and close friends receive staggering benefits and always have job security.
