Pros

Nice equipment, facilities and good technicians.

Cons

Location is in the middle of no where with nothing to offer a family. High employee turnover. Everyone is concerned about losing their job and are constantly looking over their shoulders. Very limited upward mobility. Special treatment for family and friends.

Cons

Hard work and results matter, no time for performance feedback unless your having a hard time. Hard work is rewarded with more work and don't expect a raise. 3 managers to 1 worker seems a little top heavy.
