      Pros

      Everything under one roof for Power Gen industry. What a rare opportunity to work for someone that has it figured out. Or at least I thought.

      Cons

      Laid off. Sales were not close and the Good-o-boy network was running the show.

      Pros

      It's pretty much the only company in Sedalia so if you want a job, this is it.

      Cons

      Upper management is at odds with one another. Owner picks favorite management and doesn't listen to anybody else, even if another manager. Decisions are made on a whim. High turnover. People are afraid of the owner and much of management.
