Pros

Nice and easy to talk to

Cons

Got "hired" had talked with them every week to ensure that I had received the position. Every time I spoke with them through email and phone they kept assuring me of the position. Led me on for over a month until they called and said so sorry we decided to go in a different direction ... So I wasted over a month and assumed I got the job like they promised. Then I lost other opportunities in the process.

Pros

I received a hat and two shirts with company logo. Campus has many shiny buildings with empty workstations. There are really very few pros for working at this company.

Cons

EXTREME high turnover within the company, people are let go easily. Employees/departments are often moved from building to building at whim of CEO, employees then move their own supplies and computers by themselves with no boxes or assistance. (Understand this hint at what it is like to work there) Employees receive emails when outside visitors which means potential clients will be on the campus, so that is an indirect order to clean up workstation, behave and wear one of the company logo shirts to show company spirit. Recruiters make many promises and perks are written in job offer, yet never delivered. If you are considering this company, do not relocate as you may find yourself living in Sedalia unemployed after you fired with no employment alternatives.
