Everything is Con about company, Poor hiring process, they just hire and revoke offers without proper decision making . So better stay away from applying in first place. Poor decision to apply for this company. Highly UNETHICAL behaviour.

It's pretty much the only company in Sedalia so if you want a job, this is it.

Cons

Upper management is at odds with one another. Owner picks favorite management and doesn't listen to anybody else, even if another manager. Decisions are made on a whim. High turnover. People are afraid of the owner and much of management.
