Pros
What an amazing place to work, lovely people and excellent incentives. Been here 18 months now and have never loved a job so much, it’s great to look forward to going into work!
Cons
Different teams have very different ways of working and are completely separate to each other, meaning in some cases progression routes can be far clearer for some than others. It’s also in the nature of recruitment to work long hours, however this could possibly be helped by getting more people in to support.
