      Pros

      Gifts at Christmas for all team members is thoughtful

      Cons

      Top down management, very cloak & dagger. Many employees across the business have their contracts ended without any commercial reasoning. Very much a ‘lads club’ ‘face fits’ culture although it did appear they are making efforts to become more professional in the future.
