Pros

In spite of the challenges many companies are going through in the tech sector, PROS is doing an admirable job maintaining a healthy corporate culture amidst downsizing and pivoting strategy to profitable growth

Cons

The only negative has been layoffs this past year due to macro changes in the economy. The silver lining is that PROS is poised to become profitable shortly, be end of 2023.
