Pros

PROS cares about employees. During the Pandemic a great deal of work went into making sure employees had what they needed in terms of flexible work hours, $$ to outfit a home office, information about the company's plans for adjusting to the new normal, etc.

Cons

Nothing specific. The company is much larger than when I joined and sometimes bureaucracy can get a little heavy handed. Not a big problem for most of us.

Pros

The interview and onboarding experiences were flawless. Nelson, Lace and Crystal were very communicative, honest and friendly. The culture here is incredible. I'm new to the company, but after several Zoom introductions I already feel right at home. PROS people truly want you to succeed and are very welcoming and helpful. I am looking forward to meeting everyone in person!

Cons

I wish I could meet everyone in person and experience the amazing office culture I hear about, but this is due to COVID and not PROS fault.
