      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid work from home opportunity. Some people really do care about their work and this place.

      Cons

      The culture has shifted to become very hierarchical. If your leader is a female she doesn’t get the respect she deserves. No corrective action is given to the favorites.

      The culture is amazing and leadership fosters an environment for collaboration, learning, development and career growth. Our leadership really cares! The people I work with are amazing.

      I honestly can not think of any downsides. This place is amazing! They really care!
