      Pros

      Company leadership genuinely wants to do good for their employees. Among the many companies I've worked for in both tech and industrial, this is one of the more diverse companies I've been at multiple levels. The people is the difference here. I feel that my colleagues genuinely try to help instead of compete with me.

      Cons

      Experience at PROS can really differ based on role/luck if you are customer oriented. You may be facing your worst nightmare for months while others are looking for internal initiatives to kill time... but this is expected with any project-oriented organization
