      Great sense of team with working peers Lots of diversity and inclusion in the front line workforce

      Cons

      Inconsistent management skills at a Sr. Director and up C-level does not hire senior leaders from within, so no career path for employees Any VP or c-level that disagrees with the CEO is removed within 12-18 months Sales runs the show and throws everyone else under the bus when they don't succeed Cannot trust that leaders have your best interest in mind, at any time

      Intense interview process to identify quality candidates, helpful coworkers IF you ask for help.

      Cons

      Baptism by Fire - you NEED to have initiative to help yourself out, don't expect someone to hold your hand - you need to be self sufficient.
