I have been working for PS Lifestyle for 3 and a half years now, and I absolutely love it. I am a 44 year veteran stylist, and this is a great way to finish my career. I love that its flexible, and they make an effort to keep us updated on the current trends. We have quarterly classes to learn about new products and procedures, and recognize a job well done. My experience with the residents has been very fulfilling, I don't feel like I'm going to work, but rather visiting with friends. I highly recommend working for this company.

Cons

I wish we had more say in the products we use.

Amazing opportunity for growth, a large company and is fast growing. Family oriented and cares about work/life balance. Manager and above is salary based that also pays car and phone allowances.

Cons

Beginning salaries for District managers are based on revenue in your district. Some see this as difficult to accept if your district is small, yet as you grow your district your salary has opportunity to grow as well.
