You get to work with seniors in Communties!! The communities are wonderful and the BP's work hard.

Cons

This company should be ashamed of how they treat their Manager's. They underpay you. It is poverty level pay and they want you on the road Full-time and only pay Part-time so that is how they get away with it. They micro-manage you and hire Regionals who don't have experience in the hair industry. Just basically a joke. You could go be a Manager at Dollar General and get a better salary!! Waste of time.

There were no pros to working at this job other than the times I wasn't on the road.

Cons

There was no work life balance and no direction as to how to do the job successfully. On the road more than I was told when taking the job.

The only thing good about this job are the clients

Cons

Too many rules, have to wear all black clothes,closed in shoes, their hot apron or vest, more work than you get paid for, 50% commission,tips are very limited ( they put a stop to tipping over 20%, managers change all the time, I could go on and on, no benefits
