There are few really good managers. The seniors in the communities really appreciate what we do.

Cons

The pay is not good, they classify you as part-time so they don't have to give you benefits, but you work many hours.

Extremely professional, interview process was communicated very clearly with good follow-thru. Great to talk to so many people who are so passionate about their companies mission and their personal growth and careers! I can't think of a better mantra than to, " We strive to elevate the spirit of our clients through the gateway of their self-images, by providing the highest quality beauty services available in a professional and care-giving manner." It doesn't get better than this!

Cons

Company is growing fast, however they are working hard to put a strong foundation in place to support the growth! Everyone I have met has been so knowledgeable and supportive!

I have worked for many salon chains, corporate salons etc...but I have never truly felt like the company I worked for was a family, until I came to ps Lifestyle! This company genuinely cares about every employee! It's also so rewarding to work with seniors and make their day! I love working for ps Lifestyle!
