Get to work with Seniors! Upper management truly cares about the employees and the work they put in. Great hours! No late nights. Truly an amazing company to work for.

Clients were wonderful as were their families, community admin very supportive.

Cons

Commission rate sucks (50/50), lack of leadership from DM, had to spend out-of-pocket for products since the products provided were no-name, cheap brands.

Busy all the time.Wonderful to work for.Built wonderful, meaningful relationships with the residents at the community I worked at.

Cons

I accepted a tip from a client that the company felt was too generous and as a result my employment was terminated.
