You get to work with seniors in Communties!! The communities are wonderful and the BP's work hard.

Cons

This company should be ashamed of how they treat their Manager's. They underpay you. It is poverty level pay and they want you on the road Full-time and only pay Part-time so that is how they get away with it. They micro-manage you and hire Regionals who don't have experience in the hair industry. Just basically a joke. You could go be a Manager at Dollar General and get a better salary!! Waste of time.

Clients were wonderful as were their families, community admin very supportive.

Cons

Commission rate sucks (50/50), lack of leadership from DM, had to spend out-of-pocket for products since the products provided were no-name, cheap brands.

Busy all the time.Wonderful to work for.Built wonderful, meaningful relationships with the residents at the community I worked at.

Cons

I accepted a tip from a client that the company felt was too generous and as a result my employment was terminated.
