Supportive executive management, growth opportunities, niched industry and demographic - it's a wonderful opportunity to blend a creative environment with the senior demographic and the salon & spa industry. Collaborative environment, fun downtown office. The best part - to feel fulfilled in your line of work and contribute to someone else's well-being is the greatest feeling!

The relationships with my team members and the residents was awesome! Hairstylists beware stay as far away from this company as you can.

Cons

Bad company, you will get screwed out of your money in the end, the still owe me so much money! I traveled for them all the time opening up new salons and hiring staff such a waste of a good year of my life!
