Pros

Flight benefits and some of the co-workers. I honestly don’t have 20 words of positivity at this point. So many complain and nothing changes.

Cons

Bullying and pay. People refusing to work with an FA solely based off the uniform worn and being pushed to buy the ‘alternative’

Pros

Being under the American brand is great for the benefits

Cons

One huge downside to working for a regional carrier is that you will not be compensated for your hard working hours. The pay is horrible and the company expects loyalty for nothing.

You'll have a job and flight benefits

Cons

The schedules are horrible, even if your'e extremely senior. Management doesn't care that you're unhappy. They just want you to get flights out on time no matter what. You cannot advance to any position unless you take a pay cut. Managers make less than Walmart employees and get no time off.
