      Pros

      Large salary increase in the last year. Signing bonuses. Best flight benefits on AA in the industry.

      Cons

      If you don’t live in base, you would be required to commute to your base to start your schedule. On reserve schedule (on call) for an extended period of time. Gone for four days at a time away from home. Required flight hours are 60 per month. Could be reduced to 40 for work / life balance.

      Amazing flight benefits (AA - world’s largest airline) Great schedule flexibility Quick progression to getting a schedule you want Great crews Pay is among the best in the regional airline industry and gets to a decent wage with increased seniority Overall a great regional airline to work for

      Cons

      Management is lazy and doesn’t care about making changes that could improve things that are falling short Moving up is very difficult even if you have qualifications and experience because they don’t care to higher quality people in management or salary-positions
