Pros

Great Company to work for. PSA is very invested in their people and push people to be their very best and allow for growth/opportunities. Charlotte has really brought on a new culture and a Team environment.

Cons

Work environment is very fast paced with high expectations

Good bases! Decent pay, excellent training programs.

Cons

MOC. There is a huge disconnect between the technician and MOC.

Pros

Indoc, systems, SIPS, and Sims have all been amazing. I always knew what I was supposed to be studying. The instructors were eager and willing to help. I felt prepared going into and successfully completing each stage.

Cons

The only qualm I have is the delay starting IOE after LOE. It’s been about three weeks since I’ve completed LOE and almost no one in my class has gotten a trip yet. I understand we’re trying to get more LCA help, I’m just studying what I can but still feel like I’m losing proficiency.
