From the interview to the training process everyone I have encountered have been nothing short of amazing only one issue with one employee my class experience together and we handled the situation well and our instructors where very proud of us but also had our backs…I have made some new friends that I hope to be lifelong… and also I am happy to be back in the friendly skies… so far so good

Cons

The only con I have right now is the pay…hoping the new contract is fair and a livable wage

Good training program with good instruction.

Cons

The current wait for IOE is a bit long, so I’m hoping chair flying and running through all of the procedures is enough to not end up too rusty.

Great people but poor management and union support

The people and crews are the best!

Cons

Therefore hand never knows what the right hand is doing. Schedules are built with the sole purpose of screwing the employees for the profit of the company. The union is useless. We waited over 3 years for a contract that was pathetic (which was voted down). Having to wait 2 years for the marginal improvements to be implemented was ridiculous. We remain invisible, unheard and abused.
