Pros

Pay is ok. Management needs to be more active in the employee workplace. Work gatherings need to be more frequent down in Texas; not just in Baton Rouge.

Cons

Raises are non-existant after year 3 unless the refinery gives a raise. A box of pecans for all your hard work throughout the year. How about a bonus?

Good ol' boy management. Your in the loop if you like to drink and party and a outcast if you don't.
