Supervisors don't bother supplying the equipment needed for doing the job even after saying they will Pay is about 8$ less an hour than the same job at other plants

Great place to learn the petrochemical industry. Career opportunities for goal driven individuals. Decent benefits.

Cons

Lost its original "family" feel. As a contractor it is expected that their wages are on the low side. Big disconnect between the field supervisors and management.

Pros

The pros are. For around this area with no prior experience the pay is outstanding. One of the VPs of the company knows us all on a first name basis and is extremely friendly and the company's training program is phenomenal.

Cons

They tell you during new employment orientation that even though they've gotten bigger, they still treat everyone like family. They are less than lenient when it comes to medical disorders (for some, for others they will do whatever they can for them).
