Pros

Don't work out the Ceader Bayou Baytown Plant- Phillips,,,,racists work system,, pull up the high turn over rate and research for yourself.

Cons

High turn over rate , maybe you only have 3 to 5 people out of 20 that lasted 5 years,,,,no hispanics or black mangors are in any plant with in the Baytown and Pasadena Rail Rd Switching side of the business

Pros

Been working with them for six months. Most coworkers are friendly. Four on four off schedule provides nice time with family.

Cons

In my opinion the pay is much to low for the work load they ask of you. The cameras in place for watching operations are used to study employees every move. Employee turn over rate is very high at my site. They are a contract position. If you you can get hired doing the same thing directly for a plant you can easily earn twice the pay and not work nearly as hard.

Pros

Good if you've never had plant experience, decent job with no diploma and it'll get you in the door with being in a plant environment.

Cons

The training was the worst of the worst, I hired out as a switchman and got thrown in the wash rack, it took me 5 days to complete a training that should have only took 1 or 2 days because the manager kept getting calls and walking in and out the office, very unprofessional. The turnover rate is high because there are no workers with experience, the average years at that location was 3 months to 6 months because they don't know what the heck they are doing. Its very hot sweaty work, so if you looking for a laidback job don't apply. you will top out at about 19 to 20 dollars that it. There's no advancement opportunity its a dead end job.
