Pros

Individual worker oriented offering to promote from within. The firm actively training qualified agents to achieve for and with the firm. The firm encourages and engages the employees for a work/life balance. Management actively celebrates the achievements and kudos of employees efforts. Competitive to comparable financial firm's salary base also promotes additional income thru overtime opportunities to support greater Member service levels. Employee benefits rival the major Banks

Cons

The quick expansion of employee base does come with growth lessons, however management are quickly moving to shore up additional management and team lead opportunities thru internal promotion opportunities.
