Pros

- PSCU has the best company culture of any company I've worked for in the past. From the CEO down we walk the talk of our values. This includes the Credit Union mission of "People helping People" - The PSCU vision and delivery of our Roadmap sets us apart from our competition. - I'm supported by my leadership, including the Executive Team when needed. - Everyone in the company for the most part is willing to help me when needed. - Compensation and benefits are among the best in the industry.

Cons

This is more of a comment than a con. Being a remote employee was challenging during COVID. I've been here two years now and the past 6 months have been the best since in-person meetings and events have returned. I've traveled more during this time than any time in my career enjoying and appreciating it all.

Pros

Some Pros are the overall Culture and the Company seems to care more about it's Employees than other Company's do

Cons

Some Cons is that there is a tendency to move people around without gathering their input first on how they truly feel about new responsibilities that are given which leaves them overworked not doing what they enjoy as before
