Pros

Everyone matters and changes are made for the better. PSCU looks out for their employees and there are a lot of opportunities for each one of us. We stay current on what is happening in the world today and we do not hide our heads in the sand. We face all diversities. PSCU handled the pandemic incredibly well.

Cons

At times favoritism can be exhibited with the same faces appearing in company videos, pictures, demos or used as examples. I would like to see PSCU stay with the CU philosophy of People helping People. It can be a concern when we are exploring so many opportunities involving banks, although it is understood they can bring in significant revenue.

Pros

Work from home option allowed me to move to a region with lower cost of living.

Cons

The one major flaw is how they handle Quality. Anyone that's worked in call center environments understands there is a quality assurance team. However, the amount of calls reviewed per month is less than .5% of call volume, and these metrics are part of your bonus.
