Pros

Benefits, flexibility, bonus. There are definitely some gems in Leadership- just very few. Strong E, C team with great business acumen. Company has responded well to recent events.

Cons

Career development/advancement (pretty much left to figure it out yourself) management loves to toot their own horn, yet does not know what is really happening in their departments. The company is going through an identity crisis- wants to be this new-school, people-first, employee-friendly organization to "attract top talent," but does not have the leadership in place to do so. Too many managers, not enough leaders. Not enough mentors. It's still very much cut-throat corporate america politics everywhere, but one can tell the company is trying to move away from that, just hasn't happened yet. There is clearly a disconnect from the very top down to lower-level leaders. You can't force engagement and culture is cultivated, not what the company wants to claim it to be.

Pros

Good income lots of potential overtime. Covered parking.

Cons

Didn't have a supervisor assigned (for about 4 months) to everyone from training class once we had completed it. This truly hindered many of us to where call stats weren't meeting goals. We had no idea what our stats reflected for those 4 months. Once a supervisor was assigned he mentored the best he could. Yet upper management had their demands he had to complete on time. Many good employee's from my training class either left or wrote up for stats and let go.
