Pros

The executive leadership, including Brian Scott, Scott Wagner, Sheila Fenton, Matt Cole, Suzanne Rogers and Chuck Fagen are exceptional leaders.

Cons

Direct leadership will not support you or make you feel safe to trust they have your best interest. What's more concerning is the lack of leadership to provide support, coach and develop direct reports instead you will hear only what you're not doing right and minimizing your wins by turning it into what your not doing. Often times I find that an assumptions and or preconceived judgments are given validation before giving you an opportunity to bridge any misunderstanding or communication gaps. The lack trust in my leader makes me feel uncomfortable and worried that it may be biased.

Pros

honestly? no pros aside from working from home and the group chat with your favorite co-workers

Cons

oh boy are there a lot. when I first started at pscu, I truly did enjoy it. quickly that changed. they onboard far too many new credit unions without adequate staffing and upped the mandatory overtime to where you are working 46 hour weeks whether you like it or not. call volume is through the roof, you get 4 seconds between calls and if you use more time you'll be complained at by workforce. a good percentage of your time is spent telling people we can't help them (after being on hold several hours) and send them off with the false hope of a call back that they'll never receive. the system is shoddy at best and constantly crashes. you can't go off the script or QA will come for your throat causing your scores to drop. pay is decent for working from home but not worth the anxiety. I could probably find more to complain about but I'll leave it as is.

Pros

Great pay, ot always available

Cons

If you have a family or a single parent not the job for you. They don't care about your needs. My mother passed away and they put me on a final because I had to stay longer for funeral. It was a far trip. U need to work what ever schedule they give you.
