Pros

PSCU is an excellent company who genuinely cares about its employees. They are fair in their practices and live by their core values. They have created Employee Resource Groups (ERG) to support inclusion and diversity. ERGs are extremely important to me; I can't tell you how grateful I am, knowing the company I work for supports the growth and future of EVERYONE! They also live by the philosophy, "people helping people". The culture is truly a family like environment; including an employee funded hardship foundation where employees may be eligible to obtain monetary support during difficult times in their personal life. They offer generous PTO and good compensation plans.

Cons

Currently there are no electric vehicle parking stations. While the company continues to become more green, it would be great to have a few electric vehicle parking stations.

Pros

This company is absolutely horrible. They will hire people off the street, but they micro-manage you like slaves. I would get the evil eye and got into trouble for just having a civilized conversation with my coworker. Like seriously?! We can’t talk like normal human beings? Also, I have a medical condition in where I have to use the restroom more than usual and brought in documentation regarding that, from my doctor and they wrote me up for using the bathroom too many times. I ended up walking out one day and never went back. Also, a former coworker of mine had FMLA approved by her doctor and PSCU approved it and she had it in writing. A few months down the road, her manager (which was and is horrible) told her that her request was declined and gave her a final written for her attendance AFTER THEY ORIGINALLY APPROVED HER FLMA REQUEST!! So they basically went back and declined it. She quit a few weeks later. My advice stay far away from PSCU. Yes, they are nice in the beginning but that quickly turns into a hell feat.

Cons

Micromanaging, misinformation, miscommunication, managers are mean and rude, liars
