      Pros

      PSCU truly seems to care about its employees. From the fresh fruit offered every weekday morning to emergency loans offered during hardship times PSCU goes above and beyond. The company also seems to work at promoting from within. I am an example of that.

      Cons

      The larger PSCU has gotten the more "corporate" it seems to feel. Most recently was the change in health insurance. Salaried employees seem to have good insurance whereas hourly employees have been given very, very subpar insurance. This is disappointing.

      Pros

      Friendly supervisors and coworkers. Willing to work with you while you master the position.

      Cons

      24/7 customer service so there’s a chance to get stuck on the graveyard shift. However, they give you all the paid time off for the year to use up front. The bad thing is if you leave the company before the year is up they will deduct whatever paid time off you took, depending on the time of the year you leave the company. Of course they don’t explain that during the training and it’s hidden in the employee handbook.
