Pros

None that are worth staying there for and putting up with the crap this company dishes out.

Cons

They treat you like a child and a criminal Management severely lacks any type of skills in developing it's employees Management plays favorites - they enforce policy for some but not for others No chance for advancement unless you are one of their favorites They don't care about you as an employee - they want you to just sit, take calls, and keep your mouth shut. Management is two-faced Quality is a joke - quality reps all score the calls differently--it just depends on what mood they are in or if they like you....there is no black and white when it comes to scoring a call- during a calibration all the quality reps score the calls from one extreme to another.... one person scored a call a 100% and another rep said the call was horrible.......how can they hold reps to that type of standard.

Pros

Wellness program, paid time off, benefits package options and cost

Cons

Micromanaging, biased treatment, depending upon your role and leader. There is preferential treatment for those who work in sales. Their compensation plans are much better, and they have multiple opportunities to earn more than non-sales roles. No matter how much value you add, if you don't generate revenue, don't expect to move up in the organization easily, unless you have someone in a key leadership role advocating for you. There is favoritism and nepotism, as well as an old-boys atmosphere, which is really sad, given that it's 2016. Very little diversity in the leadership. Very few leaders of color at the management level, and none whatsoever at the c/e-suite. All white men with one white woman. And don't even look at the board of directors, it's the same, all white men, a couple of woman, of course they are white as well.
