      Pros

      Co-workers make the day enjoyable, working overtime when you need the money, Paid time off, activities around the call center on holidays

      Cons

      Required overtime, management are not so friendly, could pay a little more for people who are trained on different skillsets.

      Pros

      Minimal supervision once trained. Vacation and health benefits available after 60 days. Great peers to work with.

      Cons

      Back to back calls. Poor training. Poor communication with management. Poor and unprofessional management. A few weird call center nobody's staying in their same position 7-10 years with little to none career advancement. No weekends off only one day. Late schedules.

      Pros

      PSCU really values the feedback from its employees. They show a genuine desire to improve the culture, engagement, and overall employee satisfaction. They keep employees informed with new initiatives. Leadership support is outstanding, even outside of your own department. PSCU fosters an environment that encourages employees to perform at the high level and take risk.

      Cons

      There are really no "cons" at PSCU, over the years that I have been here I have to say this company truly cares about its employees.
