The challenges of working there is that you work really hard and there seems to be no recognition or appreciation. You are told in training how there is so much room for growth which is not true. There are a number of people who work there that have not moved forward and it is not for lack of trying.

They have horrible management ,call volume is always heavy with no room to catch room to breathe, also the job makes you every weekend which is horrible the pay is only 11.06 no raise in pay, you have to take calls from hundreds of credit unions , also they make you do lots of training for new jobs added to your call flow with no extra pay!
