Pros

good pay good PTO good Benefits friendly co-workers

Cons

Management likes to play favorites. Even people that work very hard and are good at their job are stepped over if they aren't "friends" with management. Also when mistakes are made the repercussions are far more severe for those not friends with management.

Pros

Pay is competative for entry level job Nice co-workers Generous paid time off Good benefits Nice facility Pretty easy to earn bonus

Cons

Supervisors/Management have no say in anything..."Workforce" controls all and is in another state New hires get better shifts than current employees Supervisors know nothing...tell you to call help desk Pay is deducted when late from break or lunch even if 1 minute but if you stay late on a call you are not paid unless call goes 8 minutes past your scheduled time off Constant system issues which causes members to be upset Attendance policy is horrible

Pros

Great PTO benefits and healthcare benefits

Cons

The retention rate for supervisors is high started out good. They got a whole new set of supervisors who don’t know what they’re doing and depending on who you ask between the supervisor shift leads to helpdesk you will get a different answer and you have to keep evidence of what you was told to do because if something happens like the customer complain or the bank complains because we told the customer the wrong thing ,you will get written up so you have to keep evidence of what you were told to do so you’re not the one that’s at fault
